The Covid-19 pandemic had a range of immediate consequences for children and young people. To investigate the long-term consequences, NordForsk has decided to fund eight research projects on welfare among children and young people in the Nordics.![]()
The research will address issues such as psychosocial consequences, service barriers, participation and interventions, young people's vulnerability and resilience, Nordic policies and children's well-being, and inequalities in learning and mental health.![]()
Our project Nordic cooperation on children and young people’s opportunities for participation and development during the Covid-19 pandemic has highlighted the need for more research in many of these areas.![]()
