When society does not see, hear or understand

Violence is an extreme form of the exercise of power. The situation for girls and women with various forms of disability is alarming (United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, OHCHR, 2012).

The report is aimed primarily at decision makers at Nordic level, but may also be of interest to people who work at national, regional and local level on equal opportunity, disability and violence in close relationships.
