New in the Nordic countries – work inclusion of migrants
Integration
One of the major challenges for the Nordic societies is to learn how to benefit from the skills of refugees and immigrants.
Please note that the main seminar language is Scandinavian (Danish, Norwegian and/or Swedish). Intrepretation to/from the Scandinavian languages to/from English is available.
Please note that the number of participants is limited.
At the conference arranged in Malmö, Sweden on October 17th, municipalities and organizations from the Nordic countries will present effective solutions for labour market inclusion for refugees. During the day, you will also have the opportunity to listen to researchers, who presents different ways to shorten immigrants’ path through the educational system and the time it takes before a refugee can start working.
The aim of the conference is to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking between actors working with in the integration field.

Conference venue and travel directions
The conference will take place at Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live, situated in the city centre of Malmö, right next to the central station. Please take a look at the hotel webpage for more information.
By plane
It possible to fly in both to Copenhagen airport (Kastrup) and Malmö airport.
Trains from Kastrup to Malmö central station departs every 20 minutes and the duration of the trip is approximately 20 minutes. Tickets can be purchased from vending machines in the station areas. By train
Malmö central station is situated on walking distance from the conference hotel, Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live (please see map).

By car
If you arrive by car, there is a parking garage at the hotel. Parking lots cannot be pre-booked. The price is 200 SEK/day eller 27 SEK/hour.
Hotel accommodation
The organizers have pre-booked an amount of hotel rooms at the conference hotel Clarion Hotel & Congress Malmö Live, 16th to 17th of oktober. The price for a singleroom including breakfast is SEK 1480. Please book you room by contacting the hotel directly. Payment at check-in or check-out.
