I am a passionate advocate for empowerment, inclusion, and social transformation. With a deep commitment to antiracism work and shifting narratives about immigrants, especially women from the developing world. I help individuals, families and communities embrace their full potential and create meaningful change.

I work 50% as a Project Leader at Grannehjelpa Stifting in Kvam municipality, where I work to foster integration and inclusion at the grassroots level through building family networks, creating safe spaces and mentorship.

As a social entrepreneur, coach, consultant, and international speaker, with over 30 years of activism, I empower individuals to reclaim their voices, embrace their identities, and drive personal and collective transformation.

With a PhD in Sociolinguistics, I bring an academic lens to my work, exploring language use in immigrant minority communities and its role in identity and social integration. I also have a Master’s in Peace Studies, where my research focused on the critical role of women in peacebuilding.

Through my work, I create spaces for dialogue, learning, and growth—helping individuals, families and organizations break barriers, challenge biases, and foster inclusive communities.
