Areas of expertise: I have nearly 25 years of experience in statistics, analysis, and demography, specializing in population and migration-related statistics. I have a strong interest in society and numbers and enjoy analyzing, comparing, and identifying patterns. Through my work at Statistics Norway, I have contributed to numerous analyses on immigrants, migration, and integration. In addition to my professional role, I am actively engaged in politics at both the municipal and county levels as an elected representative. As a dedicated social democrat, I am particularly passionate about inclusion and strengthening social cohesion.

Passion in life: I am deeply committed to contributing to my local community and dedicate much of my free time to volunteer work. I am an active member of several voluntary organizations and strongly believe in the importance of civic engagement. Family is also an important part of my life. I have two grown children, and I truly value being involved in their lives. Additionally, I have a great passion for physical activity. I love training, going on long hikes, and enjoying the beautiful forested surroundings where I live.
