The key aim of this conference is to bring together researchers, policymakers, and practitioners in search for sustainable solutions and to promote exchange of experience between the Nordic countries. The main questions are how we can build a resilient recovery after the pandemic and how we can make the Nordic labour market more inclusive?

At the conference you will hear about:

• Effective solutions to facilitate inclusion of refugees and immigrants in the labour market
• Policy analysis on general and targeted policies affecting the integration in the Nordic labour markets
• The role of civil society and non-governmental organisations in integration efforts
