Webinaari: User involvement in the Nordic region

Increasing user involvement is a priority goal in all the Nordic countries. Research on user involvement and new methods has increased as a result. But what do we know about what works, and what is required for user involvement not to become empty promises, but to lead to real change? 

An upcoming compilation of knowledge on Nordic research on user involvement will be presented at the webinar User involvement in the Nordic region. The report has been written by Associate Professor Jens Ineland, Umeå University, on behalf of the Nordic Welfare Center. Researchers, experts at authorities and representatives from user organizations will participate in the webinar.  

Among other things, User involvement in the Nordic region will address these themes: 

• What research and knowledge exist about how users' experiences are used for real change, and which factors are particularly important? 
• What are the knowledge gaps and development needs? 
• How can user involvement as an area be strengthened nationally and in the Nordics?
