Foreningen Norges døvblinde 
A merger of the Parents’ Association for Children with Deafblindness and the Norwegian Association for the Deafblind. The association works on behalf of all those with combined visual and hearing impairments and deafblindness.

LSHDB Landsforbundet for syns og hørselshemmede
The National Association for People with Combined Visual and Hearing Impairments/Deafblind People (LSHDB) is a user-led advocacy organisation run by and for people with combined visual and hearing impairments and deafblind people.

Sweden

Förbundet Sveriges Dövblinda (FSDB) 
A nationwide organisation comprising regional member associations for people with deafblindness.

The Finnish Association for Hearing Care. An advocacy and service organisation for people with hearing loss and deafness in Finland.

A knowledge-based advocacy and support organisation for people with combined visual and hearing impairment and deafblindness in Finland.

Iceland

Samskiptamiðstöð heyrnarlausra og heyrnarskertra (Kommunikationscentret for Døve og Hørehæmmede)
The Communication Centre for the Deaf and People with Hearing Impairments. A research, teaching and resource centre that provides sign language interpreting and other services in sign language environments for deaf people, people with hearing impairments and deafblind people, as well as their families.

The National Diagnostic Centre. The Centre aims to contribute to a better quality of life and improve future living conditions for children and young people with cognitive disabilities.

Specialpedagogiska skolmyndigheten (SPSM)
The service is aimed at children and young adults with disabilities. The Resource Centre for the Deafblind is a unit within SPSM that caters for children and young people with deafblindness.

Greenland

Det Landsdækkende Handicapcenter, Pissassarfik
Pissassarfik is a nationwide centre for people with disabilities based in Sisimiut. Pissassarfik’s services are aimed at children, young people and adults with disabilities, relatives of people with disabilities, and professionals working in this field.

The Faroe Islands

Sjóndepilin (the Vision Centre) is a centre of expertise that provides services to people with visual impairments. Its advisory services cover the whole of the Faroe Islands.

Ålands handikappförbund
The Åland Association for People with Disabilities is an umbrella organisation for disability and patient associations. The Association’s remit is to monitor and take action on disability issues, to provide information about disabilities, and to support and assist its member associations.
