The Nordic Welfare Centre is an institution within the Nordic Council of Ministers. Our core mission is to serve as a platform for co-operation between the Nordic countries in the area of social affairs and public health.
Terms
In the Nordic co-operation you are employed on a four-year Nordic contract, with the option to extend for a further four years.
Government employees in the Nordic countries are entitled to leave of absence to work for the Nordic Welfare Centre.
Employees recruited from other countries are entitled to compensation for setting up home in Sweden/Finland, as well as for moving costs.
