Use of cannabis in the Nordic countries is either stable or increasing with some regional variation between the countries. Meanwhile some countries, mainly outside the Nordic countries, have made significant changes to their cannabis policies. What effect does the cannabis legalisation debate have in the Nordics?

Cannabis use is criminalized in some Nordic countries and at the same time some countries are decriminalizing drug use. What does this mean for the user? Are the Nordic countries moving in the same or in different directions regarding this matter?
