Project on Deafblindness in the Baltic states and Kaliningrad

This report is the conclusion of a one year project in 2009, which had the aim to spread awareness and knowledge on deafblindness in northwestern Russia and the three Baltic states. The aim of the project was to spread awareness and knowledge of deafblindness in each country.
